Kenmore Elite quietpak9 HE4T washer FH error code and F11 error code. I was getting the F11 error code and now the FH error code comes on normally about 1 min left in the cycle. I seems to keep repeating the cycle. I have to manually cancel and hit drain and spin to complete. Please help!

if its a Kenmore model then this message says that the button control board has lost sight of the main control board , but its been my experience that this maybe able to be reset and it may never come back or it will not reset and the control board will need replaced (50/50)

The symptoms are pretty specific for the F11 code on the Whirlpool Duet front loaders and clones (Kenmore Elite and KitchenAid):

If the washer starts to fill but the drum NEVER moves, your MCU is bad

If the washer runs through most of a cycle and then gives the F11 before (or during) a rinse or spin cycle, then you have the CCU relay problem.

"FH" is a No Water Detect error.It is an indication that you either have no water coming into the washer, or very little water at all. Check whether the water taps are turned on sufficiently, the inlet hoses are not kinked, the water inlet valve is not clogged, you don't have a siphoning issue, and/or the drain pump is working.

"F02" is a Long Drain error. This is an indication that there's an obstruction somewhere in the drainage system. Most commonly, the drain pump reservoir needs to be checked and cleaned. The access screws are on the bottom front edge of the lower toe panel directly below the door. You may need to prop up the two front feet of the washer to access them (a 2x4 works well for this). It does not take much to damage the pump impeller or motor. Since the error code is generated if the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes, if the pump is damaged and can't pump at the required volume, the error code will continue to appear until the pump is replaced. take the lid off attached to the inlet valve to the dispenserr you will see a little white mechanisim in line with them. this is called your flowmeter take it off and blow through it is should sound like a cazoo. put it back on and try to do a wash cycle. if this doesn't help you need a new flowmeter. also if you take the kick panel off you will find the tech sheet to help you diagnose this problem.

F-11 ERROR CODE MEANS :

Serial Communication Error Communication between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the Motor Control Unit (MCU) cannot be sent correctly.

TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM:

• Check Wire Harness connectors to the MCU, the motor, and Central Control Unit (CCU)


• Check the Drive system for any worn or failed components


• Check MCU


• Check CCU


• Check Motor


• Check Wire Harness

ok do you have flood stop hoses on your machine. if you do take them off and get a bucket turn the hoses back on and fill the bucket if no water comes out of 1 of the hoses your problem is the hose. the error fh means fill hose.
