Ricoh aficio mp 2000 can't print asking for log in username and password?
I never set any log in details, I have tried Admin,Supervisor with a blank password but not working, please assist

try without password just admin or administrator as user name

Hello, you´re found problem in the fusion unit. Clean the thermistor, and try again. Before try it, most reset the Sc code with service code....Good Luck!

select user tools, admin , address book you should be able to see the pre programmed user codes. there also should be an option to view or print out the codes

format the hard disk if available check wheather there is not any paper in duplex or in the machine if not then check paper settings if not then execute memory clear if not then replace the registration sensor and exit sensor if not then replace thermistors if not then replace nvram

go in to user tools, system setting, key operator tools or admin. tools. there you can set up password.

if u have bios password u shoud do that remove your bios battry from the motherboard for few mints & your password will be reset
