You might need to bring it in to your service provider and maybe it will be a simple fix. It might just be as simple as switching service towers or something

have you left the phone off for 24 hours if you switch it on and it is asking for security code i can get the master override code for your phone but i need the imei number and the code number off the back of your phone under battery the imei is 15 or 16 numbers long might be like123456/44/22343/2 and then the other one is about 6 numbers long 123456 if you give me these i can give you master code if your phone dont ask for code then you need to get it flashed at a shop to unlock it hope this is some help
