I have a Telefunken 3202 LCD tv that has has no picture/sound

I have a Telefunken TLD 3202 32' LCD tv that has all of a sudden got no picture or sound.
I turn on the TV and its lights up but with a black screen. I cant pull up any menus.

I also run the tv through a setge protector .

Does this problem sound fixable

Element Flx-3202 that works about 20 min. then the screen gose black, and the sound stays on.
It can be that the backlight inverter board has gone out or it is not getting the power from the main power supply.

No sound on any input from TV, DVD, DIRECT TV?
Try using the powered PC speakers attach to the Auido line out RCA jacks to see if you get any sound to narrow it down to find out if the problema are in the preamp or power amp sections.
