I have an problem in nokia 2626 it display the contact service in the screen when my mobile is switch on

Nokia 2626 my cell Displayed the Contact Service, how to solve it
When iswitch ON my mobile phone it shows Contact Service.
Take it to a phone technician or u go to the Nokia care center closest to u d phone need to be flashed,its got software problem, dis is for contact service problem.For d phone with no display u all u got to do is change the LCD (screen of the phone),take it to d Nokia care center also or find a trustworthy phone technician
If you remove the bettery,sim,,,,,them switch off the few min ..then turn on without sim card..and insert the original battery

same thing happens with my nokia 6300. you turn the phone on and a white creen appears with the words contact service in red writing and thats it
I have Nokia 2626 with me.
Its display is completely crashed.I mean nothing is visible.
I have all my contacts on phone memory and now need to move them to sim memory so that i can change my cell.
Please can somebody give me step by step way to move them.
Like:
1. Click menu button
2. scroll once.
3. scroll times to go to option move contacts
and so on.....

I have 2626 contact service, i have erased and flashed it. Its getting flashed completely, in first start its okey, when its swithced off and restart its getting contact service again. Please help me
