Try going to the login page and clicking forgot password, they usually send your email info to an old account where you can recover the info. Also try gmail, cant hurt.
if you set in the option alternative mail you can check there if not you have sent to someone a mail and they shold know where it came for so they shold know your mail adress if you found your mail just click i forgot may password and you can use your mail addres
