Unscrew the cable off the cable box on the out to TV end, then screw it back on. You may also try a different type of cable, like HDMI or component cable.

If you typed in the right model number this is a LCD TV and won't have a color wheel...Check all the power supply voltages and see if they're all ok, if they are I'd replace the main board and see if that fixes it since you don't have sound or picture
You have a failure in the vertical deflection circuit. This could be either a bad vertical chip, the power supply that runs the chip or a bad capacitor in that circuit. This is usually a repair best left to a professional. There is a small possibility that it could be bad solder connections. If genlty tapping the unit temporarily solves the issue you can try and resolder the pins on the vertical chip LA7841 is the part number. There is also a resistor 1 ohm 1 watt. If that resistor is open you can assume the IC is bad
