It could as easy as updating your phone by dailing *228 with a Verizon phone, select option 2 then press ok when the update is complete. When the phone resets, turn on the bluetooth headset, a prompt on the phone should come up to enter the passkey which should be 0000
Real easy go to the iphone and settings go to bluetooth and it will said in discovery mode.
then go through the pairing of your headset sontrols and the iPhone will say enter password then enter 0000 or whatever your H500 manual says.
If you have already paired the H500 with another phone you need to reset that. this is also covered in the manual which can be found online at motorola.com
It might already have been figured out but if you hold the answer button on the headset down until the light stays on steady, it is in pairing mode. You can then go to bluetooth setup on the Curve and it will find the headset.
Turn off your earpiece. Then turn it back on but hold the button until the blue light comes on and stays on.(that puts it in discovery mode) Now go to bluetooth devices in you r phone and search for the device.
