Most probably your door lock is damaged. You are not supposed to force it open, you have to wait for at least 2 minutes (or till the lock sign is off) after the wash is over to open the door, never force it. You can just google your model number and search for parts to obtain it. It is quite possible you can change it yourself. See that the line is disconnected from the mains.
Unplug the washer. Then plug it back in and press the button that turns it off. This should unlock the door. Same thing happened on mine and there was a kink in the drain hose. Once I unkinked the hose, unplugged it, plugged it back in, turned it off, then I was able to run a drain & spin cycle to get the water out of the load that was in the washer. I then ran a full wash cycle (they'd gotten stuck in the first drain & spin cycle of a wash) and everything seems to be fine now.
You can try either prying the door open and then replacig the door switch which is probably what caused the problem in the first place. Or try unplugging the machine for several hours, press and hold power button for a few seconds, wait half hour more, plug back in to see if it resets itself.
The latch mechanisim may just be jammed. You can try accessing and pulling on the manual release to see if this will reset the latch and enable you to close the door. The following link explains how:
access to pump through the back of machine if water in the machine it locks up after 3 attempts to pump out clear the pump by taking the hoses off and yes you will need lots of towels hopefully if you clear the pump reassemble thats the repair done door opens after water pumps out always unplug the machine first
unplug the washer and wait 5 minutes before plugging it in again! this resets the system. If this does not work then you may have a faulty door lock, latch, or switch! An need hands on service on location
