It is important that your headphones are STEREO tyoe as a monaural 1/4 inch plug will short out one side of the output audio.

Make sure the plug is fully seated as it has a switch in the unit that disconnects the speakers typically when headphones are plugged in.

If your speakers do not get cut off when you plug in the headphones, it is POSSIBLLE that the switches on the jack have been broken. This would require servicing.

Piano does not work no sound can be heard power supply is on display is proper too. if head phones are used i can hear the sound. but no sound can be heard without headphones tried to play a song through...

I could not find the schematic for this, but other Casio units use a common voltage regulator amplifier chip to drive the speaker... I would firsst check that leads to the speaker have not become disconnected.

I have a casio wk-200 piano. I bought headphones

The keyboard has a mic jack that is the same size as the headphones. You probably put the headphone plug into the wrong jack is all.

The audio is not coming out what to do

First, check your volume. Try turning it up the whole way. If that doesn't work, then try moving the slider switch to normal, and playing.
Also, try using the keyboard in Song Bank mode. If you have a Sustain Pedal, make sure it's in the accessory port and not the Headphone port. If none of this works, then you may have blown a speaker. Parts are cheap from Casio ($13.00) and are relatively easy to put in yourself.
