Innovage LLC is the importer for this toy for The Blue Hat Toy Company. I can find no information on Blue Hat Toy Company to see if replacemnet parts are available to fix this toy. Could you be of any assistance?

On my first day flying one of the rotor blades broke. I'm going to try to super glue it, but don't know if it will work. I was hoping to find replacement parts, but looks like I'm out of luck?
My daughter was given a microscope set from this same company- Blue Hat Toy Company- for Christmas from her grandparents, and the lightsource on it has never worked. I also found there is not any information listed to be able to contact them. This tells me it does not have customer service and the people of this company probably know they sell junk. I would tell everyone to just take it back to where they bought it. If the store, such as CVS, constantly gets returns on products from this company, they will stop carrying their products.
I just bought a hover Lites copter today.(8/22/08) on the bottom of the box is a sticker that reads >> "Please do not return damaged item to retail store. To buy replacement parts, call 1-800-374-2744 or please visit our websites www.bluehatbrands.com or www.hover-lites.com "
I tried the phone number before posting this and it is a valid number.
Also paperwork indicates the copters are distributed by MerchSource LLC, Foothill Ranch, California
Their info is as follows

BUYER BEWARE!!!
This is a DEAD END product. I want to find a department of law enforcement to investigate the importers and marketers of this product and see that all involved are fined or imprisoned for the blatant fraud they are thrusting upon unsuspecting consumers. This kind of thing cannot go on in this country and if I can do anything I will see to it that it happens. DO NOT buy anything but anything with the Blue Hat Toy Company logo on it in any way shape or form. They are going down.
Blue Hat helicopter . Contact Bill at [email protected] for any parts you need.
To get a good flying RC helicopter you are looking at spending a minimum of $125.00. Look at the E-flight Blade MCX. The RC helicopters I fly cost on average of $1200.00 each. But these have replacement parts and very good support to back them up. My six year old daughter bought me one of these Hover Lights and I am looking at it as a challenge knowing it is a piece of junk. I have balanced the blades and the heli and am working on controlling the spin. I would not recommend anyone buy one of these.
Ibought 5 of the hover lite helis and found that blue ones performed better than the red ones . Had two red helis that wouldn't get off the ground without crashing., you do get what you pay for. I have sence bought a helicoptor from a hobby shop and there is a world of diffrence in the flying ability. I will never buy another hover lite. Good Luck Folks. J.D.
I just bought a Hover Lite Helo and if you looked inside the owners manual it had a quick start guide on that guide there's the phone number for replacement parts 1-800-374-2744
There stuff sucks.it wasted four hours of my life and i only got to play with for five mins.there stuff sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Print copy of above problems, take a copy to the retail store, ask them to present it to sales distributer, ask for sales-persons home phone number.
Boycott all Blue Hat Toys until Blue Hat amends their unethical marketing strategies.

Same problem, while flying the hover lite a gust of wind blew it near a tree branch and the rotor broke. I would like to replace the rotor but have not found any info re: this company, bluehat toy co. I guess the next step is garbage can, Too bad it was fun while it lasted.
I purchased a hoverLites readio controlled helicopter and the tail rotor blade was broken during shipment. I would like to replace this part since this is the only thing damaged during shipment.

hey
I was adjusting my helicopter blade and I broke it accidently just from there where the blade starts from the centre (the blade holder from the middle) wut should I do in that case its only one side so plz help me with that and reply me at [email protected]
I have bought 2 of these Hover lite RC helicopters for my son(by the way his hart is broken) , and not one of them as functioned properly , They spin out of control, dont turn worth a damn, and I cannot get the helicopter to fly back to me . When it takes off it gradually flys away. I have tried adjusting the potitometer to control the spin ( how ever you spell it) with no luck . If any1 has any solutions to fixing these problems, which I doubt..let me know. I threw one of them away a week after purchase ...haha ... Thanxs for nothin and the hugh disappointment hover lite...bunch of crooks if u ask me ..
Hoverlite helocopter looked good in package, but at $20 at CVS, what do you expect I guess. Trying to locate parts website, to buy replacement rotor like everyone else, but to no avail. Replacement parts probably more costly than buying another unit altogether. You get what you pay for, I suppose...
We also have a problem with the lightsource on the microscope. It will not fit tightly enough. It turns on if you gently press on the lightbulb, but that effectively makes it useless. If this continues, I agree, complaints should be made. As it was a donated gift for my cousin, we can't trace the store it was purchased at, but I hope someone can.
bougth one of these helicopters tail roter did not work broke the first time we flew it. can,FIND ANY PLACE TO RETURN IT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK.
The very first flight of the Hoverlights helicopter was the last. Although I agree that the quality is less than top notch,I would like to find a replacement rotorblade and rotorblade assembly. This helicopter was the last gift my father gave to my son before he died in November. Any help would be appreciated.
