When its turned on it clicks on and off over and

1. Turn the power off.
2. Find the tiniest RESET hole on the side of the tablet next to the micro USB charger port and use a paper clip or similar tool to click it, press gently the RESET button in the hole. While you are pressing the reset button press and hold the Power button also until the Proscan logo comes up and the Android robot is displaying on the screen. (Note this is not the RESET hole on the back of the device.)
3. Release the Power and the reset button.
4. To get into the Android recovery menu you have to click it push it down again the tiny little RESET button in the hole and the POWER button together. Keep pushing the two buttons until the recovery menu displayed.
5. To highlight the options use the paper clip and press the RESET button to move down the highlighter bar until you get to Wipe data / Factory Reset. Press the POWER key to get in the next menu.
6. Move the bar again using the reset button and highlight Yes -- delete all data and press the POWER button.
WARNING
If you perform a Hard Reset, all user applications, user data and DRM licenses will be deleted. Please remember to backup any important data before performing a Hard Reset.

hello have you had a look on google how to do a hard reboot or youtube may be, or yr tablet will have a reset hole, very small in the side of yr tablet ,when turned on put a thin pin into the hole and press gently and you should feel it click,if this fails then hard reboot.

Can you locate a reset button on the tablet? It should be a pinhole on one of the side edges. It's about the size of a pinhead. Make sure you know where the microphone is before going further. The mic is a hole similar to our reset . To reset the tablet, Get a small paper clip and straighten one end of it. Insert it in the hole and with easy pressure push or press in until you feel a click on the paper clip. It does not take much so don'tforce it. After the click , turn it on and see what happens. there is a pin hole sized opening on the back of this tablet. This is the reset switch. turn the unit on then take a small paperclip or a pin and put it in the hole and push. you should feel the switch click. hold it for about 2 seconds then release. then turn it back on.

Same thing happend to me dude, all u gotta do u look at the bottom of the flip and there is a tripod stand hole, and in that hole is an even smaller hole with a tiny *** button in it, so take a papper clip and bend it straight, then stick it in the little hole and u will here a click like the button got pushed, and just hold it for 5-8 seconds and then release and do it again for 5-8 seconds then plug it in to ur computer, wait over night and ul be video tapen sh*t in no time. :)

Look up under the control panel for a 1/2 " hole . Insert a screwdriver into the hole and turn . The compressor should start . The piec you turned , is the defrost timer . Pt # WR9X502 . This part should be replaced because next time it goes into defrost ( 8 hrs ) , it may stick again .

on ooptions screen, click box that says only show settings the monitor can handle. Then try changing the horizonal and vertical settings on monitor to match it up with your settings.

On your windows main screen, right click, then properties, then settings, check all the settings

This sounds like it might be a hard drive problem. Have you tried to put it into Recovery Mode so you can troubleshoot it? Put a paperclip in the Reset hole while holding the power button in the On position. Then release the paperclip and continue to hold the power button until it goes to the Recovery Mode screen. You should at this point try Format and Scan Disk/Cleanup, then Reboot. If it still gets stuck at the same spot, then its going to be a hardware failure.

I have seen the green screen problem a few times before and this was caused by corrupted data / software or an error in booting up.
If you can't turn any TomTom off then perform a reset by inserting a paper clip into the rest hole and give 1 short press of the reset button ( it's a tactile switch so you should feel it click ) then try switching the TomTom on again the normal way. ( reset buttons are normally found through a small hole underneath the TomTom ).
If the TomTom does switch on but continues as before with the loading up problem , then it's best to format and reload all files from your backup copy.
A RED CROSS indicated a loading fault / corrupted files / incomplete files / corrupted or damaged media . ( media , meaning SD card or hard-drive )

The reset button is the tiny hole on the top of the player to the left of the volume wheel. Use a paper clip to stick in the hole and push in the reset button for a second. Your screen should turn black and then turn off. Hopefully that will work!
