That will be mostly at the back of the computer. You will find a bar code sticker, below the bar code sticker you will find the serial number.

If you haven't already, I suggest contacting Flushmate technical support at the toll-free number on the serial number label. They'll need the serial number off teh Flushmate and will be able to guide you in identifying the source of any air-loss and recommending a solution.

If it's under warranty and replacement parts are needed, they'll send them at no charge.
