Drum error the message says that there is a drum error and i should review the troubleshooting and routine maint. chapter in the users guide. i can't find my users guide. help!

With that error you need to remove the drum, run the little blue tab on top back and forth about 20 times, blow out the area below the blue tab, and re install and try printing again. If the error is drum life end you need to open the front door and press either menu or options, sometimes the clear/back button and tell it it's a new drum.
