The touch screen must be replaced. If is a DSc460 the part number is:
B1805258

It is easy to install with a phillips screwdriver. Just be sure to unplug from the wall first.

replace clening drum plad
clen the drum unit
may be their is a duste on the meirror if is proplem hapend when you useing copy

The fuser roller needs to be replaced. It is likely coming apart and binding up the fuser motor.

put out image transfer belt and chek the belt and the registration sensors(music)
this problem can happened if the density of c-m-y colours are low!!

Sometimes a job will get caught up in memory. If you've already tried to reset the job from the copier and from your computer, turn the copier off with the main (orange) power switch and unplug it from the network cable and the wall. Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Press the printer key. The printer screen will appear, and reset job will be an option. You must clear the print queue on the computer or it will just get sent again.
