My Fischer & Paykel washer won't finish a complete cycle. It stops in the rinse cycle. The wash-rinse-spin lights are on (not flashing) and the machine beeps until I turn it off.
My GWL15 has similar symptoms. It would stop at rinse cycle and sound a three tone alarm. I also noticed a leak. I could restart it but it usually would fail again. When I advance to spin cycle, it did not spin normally.
I ran through the diagnostics and got error #37. Other than that, the pump, diverter, and motor controller seemed normal. Once I flipped it over, I noticed rust and leakage indications on the water pump.
I ordered the pump $90, diverter valve $35, and master control board $110 from Fisher & Paykel parts. I replaced the pump and everything is working normally.
Sending back the other (unopened) parts for full refund today.
I hope this helps someone with similar problems.
Clogged pump stopped up drain. If the washer does not think all water was pumped out in 8 minutes then it shuts down. Slow drain is my first inclination.
