My brother sewing machine keeps un-threading. I have checked the bobbin and took the thread all the way out and re-threaded it. What else can I do?

Make sure you are using the right needle for the application. Also check that your needle isn't damaged, bent or put in backwards. Sometimes a needle will have a burr on the eye, just sharp enough to break the thread. So always buy quality needles. Check your tension too.

Operation Manual's say, "...Remove the tangled thread....the operation..." So I removed all the threads and still show E6 in the LCD panel!!! Please help.

Did you brush it out? Now, unplug and wait 15 seconds the plug in again. Totally rethread your machine and make sure the thread is not tangled. That should reset it. If not, call Brother at 1-877-276-8437

My needle on my brother CS-100 sewing machine keeps getting stuck on the bobbin case. I think it may need to be retimed but do not know how to do this.

before you do that, make sure that the machine is threaded correctly. often when the needle is threaded from the wrong side, the thread is wrapped around the top wheels incorrectly, or the bobbin is not threaded right, it will cause the needle to get jammed in the bobbin. however, if this does not work, check their hotline and ask the maker what you should do. you can also go to a local sewing machine store and have them take a look at it.

E6 error on CS-100, thread underneath all knotted and tangled, makes grinding sounds.

Your bobbin is not wound correctly. Check and see if your bobbin thread is wound to loose or unbalanced.
