Enter the one time password in the "old password" box. Then enter a new password in the "new password" and "confirm password" boxes.

Your account is always intact at Facebook. Unless you "Request" that it be cancelled, then maybe it will be cancelled.
So, Just reinstall/download a new copy of FB onto your device: tablet, phone, computer. And your old sign in and password should work just fine.

you need to add your emails from then to safe so ur antivirus lets them through, the other way is cancel ur log on and set up new one

It sounds like you didn't log out of your account, plus you might of told the computer your using to remember your username and password. Try just changing the password.

Use the old password then if that doesn't work, go to your e-mail address and read the confirmation of the new password and see if there is a link to click to confirm the new password.

Do you know the ID of the old account? If yes then on the login page give this old ID and click on forgotten password. A new password will be sent to your email account. Everywhere on the internet wherever they ask you for login, there is a facility of "Forgotten Password". They know that we tend to forget the password sooner or later.

You probably entered an incorrect email address by mistake when you signed up.
Did you get any confirmation emails from Facebook? ever?
If you signed up two days ago, you probably didn't set up too many things in your account. I suggest you abandon your old account and go ahead and open a new one instead.
