How is a using a smart blutoothe

Sony Ericsson phones have built-in Bluetooth capabilities which allow them to be connected to a computer or a Bluetooth-enabled accessory such as a headset or speakerphone without using wires. Since Bluetooth does take some power to operate, most Sony phones default to having the Bluetooth powered off to conserve battery power. You can power on the Bluetooth on your phone fairly quickly.
Step 1

Press the "Menu" button on your phone and then select "Settings" from the available options.
Step 2

Select "Connectivity" from the Settings menu, and then select "Bluetooth" from the available options.
Step 3

Select "Turn On" from the Bluetooth menu to power on the Bluetooth on your phone. If you only have a "Power Off" option, then your Bluetooth is already powered on.

Will a Bluetooth wireless headset work with a normal Blackberry phone, or does the phone have to be Bluetooth enabled?

yes, for you to use a bluetooth headset with any mobile phone, it has to be bluetooth enabled so it can have a means of connecting to the headset.
although, majority of the blackberry phones that are known should work with certain bluetooth headsets since they do not comprise of just simple mechanisms like normal mobile phones. that is just about the same way that iphones usually select special types of bluetooth headsts to work with
