You'd better take it back to them... they missed something. Better yet, I suggest you take it to another Chrysler dealer and take your service receipt with you - those other guys may have left a clue in what they had to say about the problem and what they did.
The only thing that can make a loud noise shakes and go very fast, Is a open TAC (Throttle actuator motor) being stuck open. This applies to a 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder.A disconnected MAF (mass air flow) if this duct came out same situation, Just inspect the duct make sure its on.
Loud ticking usually indicates near dead battery, take it out and charge it. If it still ticks you may need to replace it as they are only good for a few years.
I bet the Iemaker arm has been turned on allowing th eicemaker to cycle every 10-15 mins when the icemaker calls for water it causes the water valve to open. with no water connected to the unit the valve buzzes loudly causing your noise. make sure the icemaker arm is in the up position thus turning the i/m off thanks peyton
