this type of code normally mean Control Board Problem. You must call to the profesional repairmain. However you can do the following :

Enter the Service Test Mode as follows:
1. Open door.
2. Press DELETE.
3. Press pads 1, 3, 5, 7.
4. Close door.
5. Press DELETE within 15 seconds (Pressing RESET at any time will cancel the Service Test)

F1-E2 - UL A/D Error(s) - Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board (clock).

an E2 is a speed error code and the others all just tell me you have a friction problem-elevate the incline up all the way,without mtr working,push yourself off backwards-did you use muscles in arms/lower back? was it diffacult? thats friction,like rubbing hands together for long time. Result, no lube under walking belt- replace mtr,controller,walking belt- cost- a new treadmill

F1 = analog to digital failure. unplug the unit for 30 seconds if the clock does not reset replace the control board.

E2 = Check Door / Switch. Replace door switch if defective.
