If you bought this copier from a copier dealer call your sales rep. and have him come out to do this for you. Customer service is what they should do after making the sale. If they wont, try www.mykonica-minolta.com and see if you can find your answer there. Good luck.

To program a default paper tray to print fax reports, perform the following:
1. Select Utility/Counter.
2. Select User Setting.
3. Select System Setting
4. Select Paper Tray Setting.
5. Select Print Lists
6. Select the paper tray for the fax reports to print from.
7. Press OK.
8. Press Exit on the lower left side of the display to return to the copier screen.

3 press fax setting
4 press report settings
5 select activity report and change to off
6 press close then exit

1 press the utility/counter button
2 touch administrator setting
3 enter the password 12345678 and touch ok
4 touch fax setting
5 touch report setting
6 touch tx report
7 touch off
8 touch exit and return back to the normal copy screen

Press [Job List] on the control panel.

Press the fax button.
Press the Utility/Counter button.
Touch Administrator Setings.
Enter password (12345678) or (00000000) are the defaults.
Touch OK
Touch Report Settings.
Touch TX Report Settings.
Set TX Report to ON.
Close, OK, and/or Exit all the way out.
