Visit the manufacturer website and download the driver. If you are unable to do so then use a driver scanner program to download and install the latest updated audio drivers for the concerned motherboard.
Use Driver Scanner 2013 that will search for the drivers online. You can get the this software here: www.DriverScanner2013.net
Hi i am glad to be able to help you with this. I had the same problem and this is what i did.... 1) Open livescribe desktop 2) Dock your livescribe pen. 3) Click on the audio tab on the top left hand corner. 4) Left click on your last audio download 5) Release the mouse and hold down the shift key on your keyboard and at the same time pressing the arrow up key until all of your downloads are selected. 6) Right click on the page with your mouse and select from the shortcut menu " Remove audio from smartpen ". This will remove all your recordings from your smartpen but they will be saved on your computer(livescribe desktop). Please note that the process of clearing your pen's memory takes a while ( approx. 5-8mins for 1GB). Your livescribe desktop may indicate that it is not responding but don't remove you pen. When your pen's memory is cleared it will be indicated on your desktop. You will also notice during this processthat a pen and a computer are highlighted on your pen's display.

Please make sure you are using an unedited version of the image. Editing the photo using third party software may cause it to upload incorrectly or fail to upload entirely.
Please also make sure that the length or width of the photo you are uploading is not over three times longer than the other dimension.
Please note that we only support the uploading of .jpg, .gif, .bmp, and .png files.
The maximum file size is 15 MB.
Please make sure that you have the latest version of your browser installed and have also updated to the latest version of Java. If you continue to experience problems, please report this issue here.

Hi Ken,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble uploading the recordings from your Zoom H4 to the Cubase LE software. Have you tried connecting the Zoom H4 to your computer via USB and then importing the recordings directly into the Cubase LE program? You may also want to make sure that you have the latest version of the software installed on your computer, as well as the latest drivers for the Zoom H4. If you are still having difficulty, please don't hesitate to contact the Zoom or Cubase support teams for further assistance. I hope this helps!
Hmmm...this could get complicated...it sounds liek the webcam software is heisting your audio settings....try this....go to control panel...open up sound settings and verify that the device to use is the sound card not the webcam...note...this could also break the webcam setttings....but I'm doubting that.
Good Luck
