Does anyone have a Sansui Progressive Scan 4 head HiFi Stereo DVD/VCR Model# VRDVD4001 Manual? I can't find mine and my picture on my television is grainy on some channels and clear on others. When I play a DVD, the picture is grainy? Trying to find out why?

I can't get any support from sansui. I think your DVD player is trying to read the disk. It can't and its stuck in DVD mode. This is just something I would try I don't know if it will work. Unplug the power source hold down the eject button and plug it back in. The objective is to try to get it to spit that disk out before it has a chance to try to read it.I hope this helps. If it does give me a vote and I'll know it worked.

Hit the p.scan button on the remote control. You should get the picture back.

are you using the vcr/dvd out jacks on the back?

Please connect video out and audio out of your TV to video in and audio in of your vcr respectively.Switch on the TV and the VCR.Put the VCR on camera or AV mode.Press the record key on VCR.The VCR will record the programme being shown on your TV.Thanks.
