Sorry but your touch screen needs replacement. Take it to the apple store and see if they'll give you a replacement. If they don't there are third party iPhone Repair Services that can fix it for you. There are also free iPhone Repair guide that show you how to fix it yourself.

If you havent done any of those things, take it in a nd have it repaired. That should be covered under warranty.

You will need to wait for it to dry out. Just one little drop of water getting into the wrong place can cause this. Put the phone in a sunny spot for a couple of hours and see if that helps. If not, hopefully your phone is still under warranty and you can take it to an Apple store for repair or replacement.

Take it to the apple store. Even if it is not under warranty the guys at the genius bar should be able to fix it.

Well I would take it to the apple store and see what they say. Good chance are you will probably have to get a new one.
