Touch screen either totally freezes and does not regisiter anything I do or regisiters some selections and then goes of on its own and jumps in and out of menus without pressing anything and then locks itself and will only reset by turning the phone off, which doesn't always work either, sometimes the only way to get out is to remove the battery for a short period. This seems to be happening freqently and is becoming frustration due to it stopping the use of the phone for long periods

I have a password lock on my behold t919 and i forgot the password can i reset it without entering a pass word
you have 3 options
1. go to t-mobile store they will send your behold to the manufacturer and then 'll send u back new one
2. go to cellphone repair shop they will unlock for ~30 bucks
3. buy software on ebay and unlock by yourself
