Check the lid lock and the drain pump

did the technician point out wat needs to be repaired

I have not got a sol yet.

I think it means something is stuck in the pump

This IS the code for drain problem, pull front panel and remove round filter by turning to the left, probably full of change, feel the pump to the right of the filter if it is HOT, replace it...

CORRECTION: The Microcomputer Machine Control must be replaced with a service part that has been reprogrammed to prevent ADD-A-GARMENT feature loss.

I need to know specifically which lights are on...And if this is an HE2, He2 plus, or HE2T,,,
The lights give the error code to be certain... Also tech sheet behind front bottom panel will help identify error code and how to diagnose exact problem.

I resolved the issue. The drain plug was clogged. To repair this first unplug the power from the machine. Then remove three screws holding the lower front panel on. Grab a bucket and put it under the "plug" on your right. Hold your nose as this part may smell. Slowly unscrew the drain plug and allow all contents to empty into the bucket. Now you know why the machine refused to work properly! Clean the drain plug and secure it tightly back in place. Put the panel back on. Plug in the power. And this should resolve your issue. Now go tell the wife how hard you had to work to fix her washing machine,duck, and do a load or two to help her out! Happy Washing!
