A PUK code is a Pin Unlock Key code. A PUK code is required to unlock a SIM. Please contact your service provider for PUK code because only they can provide you a PUK code.
Few people use PIN locking system to lock their phone to avoid un-authorised access. Though this is a good option. Three wrong entry of PIN code will result in SIM blocking. Once SIM gets blocked, phone starts asking PUK code to enter. If you again enter wrong code for three times, SIM gets completely blocked. You have to walk into your service provider outlet to get a replacement SIM card.
PUK code is a SIM specific code assigned by your service provider. No way you can guess & enter it. i think you blocked the pin code by entering the wrong pin code for 3 times so it is asking for the puk code ..
to get puk code you must follow these steps :
1. call to your network provider customer care
2. tell them that your pin code got blocked you want puk code
3. if they ask any details about the sim card owner you answer that one ...
4. then make a note of the puk code and enter in to your cell

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do! 1)
If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should
find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please
read bellow.
2) You must get a phone that is on the same network
as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your
PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will
tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to
reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
