- Fridge side is now at 59 degrees, Freezer at -5 degrees
- I cleaned the condenser, but still staying warm. Note: Some things at the bottom (Meat tray) actually got too cold.
- I also turned off and on, and unplugged to see if it would help.... it didn't.
(After trying FixYa and paying for the premium service -- during which error codes were not even discussed) I called a service tech. Turns out it was the fan above the fridge side (which explains why the freezer was still working fine) that was "humming" but not always spinning. A quck swap of the fan and we were back in business.
FYI -- The SubZero tech said it was very uncommon for the fans to go bad.
Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.
