I have a Dynex 15" LCD Television that I purchased late last year and just now hooked up. After it was on for about ten minutes colored lines appeared that run vertically from top to bottom evenly spaced a little more than half way across the screen. They are in the "foreground" of everything. I have tried turning the television off and back on, changing outlets, nothing seems to work. Any advice?
Try performing a factory reset of the TV
. Go into the service menu (Press, then release the INPUT button on the remote, then key in 2580). Scroll down to "Other Settings", then go to "EEPROM Init", then press enter, select YES and press enter. This will reset the TV to the factory defaults. If that does not work, send it back for repair. Good luck!

When I first turn the tv on, the color on the top half is fine, but after about 2-3 minutes of it being used, the color from the working half gets much darker and very distorted. The bottom half when I turn it on, is just black, with multiple colored vertical lines that span all the way across the width of the screen and to about the middle of the height. The sound works fine, its just the picture.
