Try to reset the machine by turn it off and after 5 second turn it on again by the red switch-plug which is located on the left side in the middle.
If this do not help you will need to cal a technician because the machine have problem with the laser unit.

The error code 322 on a Ricoh/Gestener/Nashua/Aficio device, is usualy related to the laser unit/Polygon mirror motor, can you hear the motor starting up when you swith on the printer?it shoul sound something like an jet engine starting up, if you do not hear it then ask your local technician to replace the polygon mirror motor, this part is normally cheap to replace.
