How do I erase voice mails on the knack cell phone

hold the #1 down until it dials your voice mail for you, then listen to messages. push 7 to erase one & push 9 to save one after you listen to them. Phone does not come with voice mail set up already, so if this is a new phone for you, you will have to dial 1 & hold button down until it rings & it will walk you through setting it up

If the call has been erased then it can no longer be retrieved sorry erased recordings get written over so that is it I think you should not have deleated it and saved it instead.

Go into voice mail and listen to your message then press option 3 that will delete the message
Just repeat for all messages hou wsnt to get rid off

Call your local carrier as your voice mail feature may need to be reset. If you have any current saved messages write down the info as the reset may or may not cause them to be erased.Best of Luck.

yeah just call your voice mail and if you have att press 4 when asked then 3 and you can record new message

ask your service provider to erase your voicemail on the phone then add it back again and clearing all msgs
