I have a ricoh Aficio 1515mf. I have trouble sending a fax. I press the fax botton and then I press the numbers (fax number). But is not sending anything. I don't have a manual. What am I doing wrong?

Do you hit Start after typing in the number? You have to hit the Start button (the green button on the right hand side) in order to send the fax once you've input the destination.

The RICOH Aficio 2000 MP 2000 Le is connected to MAC O/S and doesn't print. Pl. help

what version is your mac O/S ? if it is the new 10.6 snow leopard you need to download the driver from mac site and install it, not all are out for that version. As a work around you may be able to use an HP laserjet 5 driver.

I have a Ricoh fax/photocopier/scanner... g3... 1515mf. I can send a fax no problem, I can get faxes from a couple of places, but from most places the "communication" light comes on, but it will not...

Look at your manual and set your communication speed down to 14.4 and see if that helps.

Sounds like the wrong driver. Get the PCL5 driver for your model model from ricoh-usa.com. In a pinch use the HP 4 driver, it will get you basic printing.
