The player doesn't accept removing of music, or formatting, when it is
not done from SonicStage, the software that sony offers with it. The software is to be downloaded here. When you've installed the
software, format the player from the menu (all your music will be removed, so you might want to copy it to your pc first). Then transfer your music with
this program.
The solution is that one: download SonicStage CP ver. 4.3 , after u install the program please format the device from the menu of the device before tranfering files. It will work 100% and format error wil not appear any more. hope it was helpfull( i`m sure it is ;) ) cheers
