My 32inch Proscan lcd tv wont power up the green light that normally comes on when you power up the tv goes from red to green and there is a clicking noise in the rear of the tv. Please help!

If you can open than open your LCD tv & checked Inverter Borad it have White & red color connector may be this board is defective.

My 32inch pro scan flat screen tv wont show picture i push power the blue light comes on and the screen 5 seconds later blinks off .no sound no picture
