Check the backup battery its faulty

Ifthe laptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.

the lens is broken and will need to be replaced, there are many camera shops on line that fix digital cameras...just pick one and get a quote.

After the warming up machines wants the Date and time.
first you press the stop button then enter 0101 followed by "enter" button. after one mints you machines display shows
"ready 100%"


if you are switch off the machines more than 7 hrs. again ask the date and time , then do the same steps above.

if you wants to enter the correct date and time pls. enter the month as first , then date , then year. suppose you want to enter today's date
like " 06012014"

This definitely sounds like a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. There is some pieces on the board inside your phone you broke off when you dropped it. It will need to be fixed by a technician. Hopefully you didnt brake the flex cable. Have them check the cable before doing anything else.
