Hi, You need to connect the cam to the PC using a firewire cable.

After connecting, switch on the cam. Open Windows Movie Maker and import video from device.

I am not able to copy video from my panasonic digital NV- GS57GC to my PC.Pls help

Download the driver from the site then in the help menu go to the language setup. try to clean the video head using a blank new tape and fast forward it 5 times if needed...dont use a video cassette cleaner it will ruin your video head...
