Mitsubishi WD-62327 62" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television Logo
Posted on Jan 18, 2010

Have a Mitsubishi WD-62327 DLP projection TV. It is a few years old. Would not turn on. Blinks red - 3 short red blinks then 1 longer blinks - and repeats. We have disconnected everything, unplugged, checked bulb and filter. When you restore power, TV will turn on, fan starts but after about 15 seconds, it clicks back to the red flashing light. Help?

Hello,
There is a software update that is available for some Mitsubishi dlp models. The wd-65c9 is one of them. When I experienced your problem, I went to the website, downloaded the update, and installed it on my tv and boom, its fixed. It's super easy, free, and takes a few minutes.
