I have a LCD TV THOMSON 32lb040s5, the problem is that the TV start and turn off again and again when I start it

You probably have a fault on the stand by power board.
this normally requires soldering and maybe some componet changes. This is not a job for the unskilled. best carried out by a service engineer(shock hazard)

I assume you have already tried using the buttons on the side of the TV to adjust it? I would just do a factory reset on it. Enter the TV main menu. Select factory reset to return the TV Menu settings to the factory default values. If this does not fix it unplug to TV for 45min to do a complete hard reset.

i think you have a problem with your stand by power board.
There is a service kit available but this has to be fitted by a service engineer.
