HELLO THERE
There are 5 things that can make a dryer not heat please review the following items that i have provided for you
investigate these five areas if your dryer is not heating up:
Proper Voltage

If your dryer won't heat up, it's possible that it is not being supplied with the proper voltage. Here are three ways to make sure power is getting to your dryer: First, make sure your dryer is plugged in. Next, check the circuit breaker panel to make sure all the circuit breakers are in the correct positions. Finally, check to make sure no fuses in your fuse panel are blown. Any of these could explain why power is not getting to your dryer.

It is possible that your dryer isn't heating because its heating element is defective. Heating elements are irrepairable. If yours has ceased to function properly, you will have to replace it. Open your dryer's cabinet and locate the heating element so that you can test it.

Thermal Fuse

Another possible cause for a dryer not heating up could be attributed to a faulty thermal fuse. Once a dryer's thermal fuse has blown, it is no longer of any use. If your dryer's fuse is blown, you will have to replace it. Open up your dryer's cabinet and locate its thermal fuse so that you can test it.
Thermostat

If any of your dryer's thermostats have become defective, they could be the reason that your dryer is not heating. Open up your dryer's cabinet and test each of your dryer's thermostats. If any are faulty, replace them.

A defective timer motor could also cause your dryer to not heat up. Test your dryer's timer motor. If it is no longer functioning as it should, replace either the entire motor assembly, or just its motor.

Why my A/C condenser fan won t stop running, dodge ram 2008

To clarify, the compressor and fan will run in defrost mode. The compressor and fan runs to dry out the air blowing onto the windshield.
Now if the condenser fan runs in "heat" you may have a problem with the fan relay or the main controller.

WON'T HEAT AT ALL

check fuse, may need a thermostat, motor switch or a heating element. Check the heating element first. You need a voltage meter to do this. And hopefully the dryer is plugged into 240 electric

I have a Westinghouse SB915SJ*00 dishwasher. It runs right through a cycle but does not heat. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello

The majority of dishwashers are not connected to hot water from the mains but heat up the water internally using the heating element, located in the tub of the dishwasher, controlled by a thermostat. When the dishwasher has a fault with heating, the program will run but not complete and will show an error code on the display panel. Dishes won't be cleaned properly and the detergent won't dissolve.

If your dishwasher does bring in hot water externally from the mains to check the water is warm and there are no problems with the inlet. If the dishwasher heats internally then it is most likely a faulty heating element or thermostat. A fault like this will usually require a replacement part and a repair, but you can check the heating element with a voltmeter to ensure that it is the cause of the problem before calling out for a service engineer.

Dryer spins but won't get hot. Bad heating element? If so , where is it located?

Check your circuit breaker. It may not be your dryer at all. 220 dryers run on two separate circuits one to run the motor the other to run heating element.

Samsung dv218eb dryer runs but won't heat

No heat almost always means a heating element. But if you ar talking low heat, then check the lint filter; exhaust pipe for clogges and that the fan is circulating the heat up to the drum.

Dryer timer won't shut off at end of cycle. Dryer runs, but no heat. It is a Whirlpool model number LGR4634JQ2.

Since you say that the dryer runs but have no heat, plus the timer won't shut off the odds are the timer is bad. The timer would tell the burner when to be on and when to shut down.
