My little cousin messed up the color configuration on my Sansui dtv 2700 (27" CRT tv) and I don't know the numbers. There is brightness, contrast, color, tint, and sharpness. The lowest number is -32 and...

These settings are depends to personal preferencess and location brightness. I would suggest to set all of them to zero and then work your way out on individual settings. Obviously this tv is an old set (that is my assumption) so it does not have a factory reset.

Cannot adjust color

Have you turned the controls from one of the presets? Presets are Vivid, Movie, etc. Most sets have to be in Custom or Customize to adjust the controls, likely on-screen with one of contrast, brightness, color, or tint selected. If those are horizontal bars then up/down selects which and right/left select decrease/increase or red/green for tint. Start with 50% if no reset (0% for R/G) or start with the non-Vivid settings. Consult AVS forums for you model to get better settings. Rules of thumb: Brightness should be as dark as possible without losing gray scale at lowest part. Contrast should not be so high that whites bloom or make it hard to see. Color should not blow out any color nor be unnatural. Tint is best judged on flesh tones. -Ken

Green tint I can't seem to fix

Hopefully someone on here has a manual and can tell you exactly where the tint controls are. Also need to try adjusting the color level, turn it clear down so you have a black and white picture.
Is the picture still green over the screen with the color control
set clear down to black and white? If it does, you might
have an issue with the green gun going out or problem in the
circuitry to it.

By the way, the best way to adjust the picture settings on a
tv are to first turn the color control clear down, then adjust
brightness and contrast for best black and white picture, then
bring up the color level to where it should be and adjust the
tint for best red/green ratio.

Picture problem

It's not an adjustable problem and not all that easy to guess at either. Power supply is a usual suspect and my best suggestion would be to take it to a reliable shop for an estimate.
