My dryer for Kenmore Model number 94702 does not turn on. It worked up to about a week ago. I've done electric in my home like put in new lights and switches, and changed a fuse in the fuse box. Never attempted changing a motor, heater switch or belt. Is it two hard to tackle?

Yes the price of fixing it is less then a new unit most of the time.
you might need new heating element or cut-off switch only.

Kenmore Dryer fuse keeps blowing

Blower housing most likely stopped up with lint. This located behind front panel, lower section.

Dryer quit heating suddenly.

The fuse is located on the blower housing and if it was blown the dryer would not run at all. The limits is mounted on the heater housing and that could kill the heat as well as a blown heating element. I worked on a similar dryer not long ago with a heating problem and did a video:

DRYER NO HEAT

Dryer no longer has heat to dry clothes

The element gets brittle and breaks. The element is in the rear of the dryer under the dustcover.
