Hi - mine did the same and several calls to their helpline later, I think I've figured it out! Go to Settings, Profiles, and you get a list of what rings you want. Whichever one you want, select it then press Options, and then Personalise. Scroll down and number 7 says Hourly Signals. Select 'Off'. That seems to have sorted mine - hope this helps!
using an email (yahoo), email the picture to your phone. if you dont know it by hard, first send a text from your phone to your email and then when you get the email, hit reply and send the picture to your phone :-)
LG Chocolate is the worst phone EVER! i've already self-fixed two problems, and now a new problem that i cannot make phone calls / receive them (they do actually go through but i can't hear anything). someone please tell me how to fix this....
Are you the account holder? It's possible whoever set up the account blocked picture messages from being sent. If you log in to your account, you can change these features, or if you aren't the account holder, talk to that person. Picture messages cost more than regular text messages.
Go to your network provider and ask them to have your phone's network settings configured. Sending pictures can be done via MMS and GPRS. This two falls under network settings
