- If you are unable to connect, exit from the GoToMeeting software completely, and then visit
http://www.gotomeeting.com/wizard to download the latest connection wizard.
- Run the connection wizard on your PC, if it tells you that Good connection settings were found, then reboot your PC. If no good connections were found, please give us a call (800-263-6317)
- Once your computer reboots, try to join the meeting again.
- If you continue to have issues, please call us (800-263-6317)
