Model PDB-702 DVD Player

We have a Durabrand PDB-702, actually we have 4 of them, one for each child, anyway we are throwing them out. We had one in the car charging and the car went up in flames. Do not leave them unattended.

Hi this is an easy problem to solve depending on where you live you need to go into a big store that sells diy stuff like paint electric lights flooring you know the bigger diy stores.
Now they sell ac adaptors that have a lot of connectors that fit onto the end of it you usually get about 10 different sized fittings to fit loads of devices also with these is the plug now the plug itself has a switch on it than you can choose wht voltage you need.
I brought one 3 days ago for my playstation 2 i couldnt find one anywhere with the right end on they was either to big or to small but on going to a big diy store like i went to B&Q if you have this store go their they stock these plugs but any hardware store or big diy store will stock these also electrical retailers that sell things like tellys door lock door bells things like diy associated now i paid £10 uk sterling its about $20 dollare but was cheaper than paying £30 for originall adaptor.
So goto these stores and look what they sell you need to check the volt of the dvd player and also the amp as you have to match these so that it works this should be printed on bottom of dvd player write this down and take it with you for referance but you should have no problem locating on as their are loads about ok
