I own a Samsung LE32R7 LCD TV and have a problem with 'picture flashing'. This only happens when I watch Sky television. Basically, the whole picture flashes from black/white back to colour for several seconds. I've noticed it only seems to happen when the programme I'm watching displays a red or blue image. Any solutions?
I have a 37"Samsung LCD and having just spoken to the Sky engineer (also a friend) he says it is a national problem between Sky+ and Samsung. I have the same problem when on playback but not on real time? If you had your box changed to an Amstrad what sort did you have the problem with?
I have the same problem. Do you know what type of box I would need to change to?
You need to get your sky box changed! just ring them up and tell them your problem. the TV is a known issue with certain boxes.

Re flashing picture, I have this problem. My signal is via a Sky+ box (not HD). The problem seems more prevalent on BBC1 although not exclusively and I do not recall having a football match disturbed on Sky Sports.
I have the same problem, i have virgin cable TV and i have had the engineer out and he changed the box but still its keeps doing it. Does anyone know who to contact to get the problem solved, please help before i throw the control through the screen
