My samung sgh-t239 just keeps restarting and wont let me do anything ..it just shows T-239 on the screen and starts over i took the battery out and put it back in and the same thing...nothing...it just keeps starting over it wont let me dial out or even show a menu..i really dont have a clue what made it do this or how to fix it ..any help would be great...

take your sim card out and put the battery back in, than turn your phone on and when everything is on type this *#9998*3323#.and it should reset your phone. after that put your sim card in and see if that works.
