Not responding My IR 3300 is giving me a message to turn off/on, if it still doesn't operate, contact service with code # E000019-0000 We have done this a number of times with no results. Our service guy hasn't responded yet & we are dead in the water. A temporary fix would be really appreciated until service can arrive. Thanks

The Canon imageRUNNER 3300 System error e007 code means that the fusing film is out of Home Position or the film is ripped. You will need to most likely have the fixing film replaced. You are probably going to have to get a service to repair it.

OK, but first try to clear the error under service mode, then replace fixing film assy, for EU 240V is FG6-6041.
To clear the error:
* 2 8 *
COPIER
FUNCTION
CLEAR
ERR
OK
Turn off and on ( main switch )

If this dont help - replace fixing film assy.

it is a fuser error. you have to go into service mode to reset the error. e002 is usually from a power spike or drop, it doesnt have to be much.if the error will not reset then the fuser assy needs replaced.

SERVICE MODE
*28*-press the additional func button, 2&8 at the same time, and the additional func button again.
when you have done it correctly, the screen will change and it will say service mode across the top.
Then select:
copier
func
clear
err
press the done or ok button on the lower right side of the screen.
turn the machine off at the black switch on the right side, wait 10secs, turn back on. should work.
****DONT MESS WITH ANYTHING ELSE IN SERVICE MODE YOU CAN REALLY SCREW UP THE MACHINE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!******************
