This is a fake chip, designed to look like a Realtek chip.
The network card should be discarded and replaced with something better. It is NOT a realtek chip, and it is totally incompatible with Realtek drivers.

Double click on the download file to extract the file. Then double click on ***.exe file to install it in the Computer.
Option 2:
Double click on the download file to extract the file. Go to Device Manager, and try updating the driver (give to location of the downloaded and extracted files).
Make sure you get the ones for your operating system
extract them to a directory that you can remember and find easily.
eg. c:\mynic
Then select the card from your hardware list and tell it to update drivers. Dont let it wander the internet tell it directly where to find them.
It should then either do it for you with no fuss or offer you a choice of hardware and driver versions.
You would select the latest one and continue.
