Change your ringtone
1. In Menu mode, select Settings → Phone profiles.
2. Scroll to the phone profile you are using.
3. Press <Options> → Edit.
4. Select Voice call ringtone.
5. Select a ringtone category → a ringtone.
6. Press <Save>.
To step through the list of ringtones your need to press the centre or OK key.

GSMArena says it does. It has a microsd slot, so you could store a lot of mp3 ringtones I'm sure.
Do you have ATT? I would guess you would either have to download them from the store or get a sync cable and software to transfer your mp3 ringtones onto it.

PUK code is called as PERSONAL UNBLOCKING KEY. Phone ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly
several times depending upon the mobile make.The mobile asks for PUK
code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong
cause. Very Simple solution is go to your service provider or call them to
unlock that code If u have to call rather to go there, Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.The service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. Tell him the details of your mobile.They will provide you PUK code free.
